50g spreadable cream cheese

80g shaved ham

15g baby rocket leaves

1/2 small carrot, cut into matchsticks

1/2 Lebanese cucumber, cut into matchsticks

Method

Step 1. Place the wraps on a clean work surface. Spread evenly with cream cheese. Top with ham and rocket. Place carrot and cucumber on one side of the wraps. Starting from the carrot and cucumber edge, roll to enclose tightly.

Step 2. Cut each wrap into thick slices to serve.
