The story of EveryMite
The story begins with our youngest son, William, who loved Vegemite but had to stop eating it.
William, who is five years old, has Down Syndrome and is intolerant to yeast, soy, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, melons and potato. These food intolerances were causing him ongoing gut issues. Eating Vegemite, for example, would make him sick. There were no alternatives to Vegemite that my son could safely eat. So over three years, I experimented with creating one. EveryMite is the result of these years of development. Now our son has a Vegemite-like spread he loves and thrives on.
Once our family, neighbours, friends and friends of friends tasted EveryMite, it was in demand. Its demand has continued to escalate from my local community, to my state and now throughout Australia as people with food intolerances learn there is a Vegemite alternative they can eat. There is huge demand from even more people who don’t have food intolerances yet love EveryMite because it gives them a healthier spread – one that is preservative-free and nutrient dense.
What is in EveryMite?
EveryMite is made with Certified Organic Black Sesame Seeds, Certified Organic Coconut Amino Sauce (with less than 2 % of raw fermented garlic, onion and chilli), Himalayan Rock Salt and Certified Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the “Mother”.
This organic blend provides naturally occurring minerals, vitamins, amino acids, protein and fibre while the beneficial enzymes for friendly gut bacteria improve vitamin and mineral absorption.
What is NOT in EveryMite?
EveryMite does NOT contain yeast, gluten, soy, grains, nuts, dairy, added sugar, empty calories, bad fats, fillers and preservatives.
Who can eat EveryMite?
Practically everybody can eat EveryMite: Vegans, Vegetarians, Coeliacs, most Candida sufferers, MTHFR Gene Mutation carriers, people on the Paleo diet, people with a vitamin and mineral deficit, ferment lovers, and organic wholefood and healthy lifestyle lovers.

EveryMite has been so popular, and it is noted that there are so many different needs out there. As such there is now:

• Low Aussie Salt
• Fodmap Friendly
The Original and the Fodmap friendly both use Himalayan Rock Salt. The Low Aussie Salt uses Pure Australian Sea Salt and has half the amount of salt as the others.
The original and the Low Aussie Salt contain less than 2 % of raw fermented garlic, onion and chilli however the Fodmap Friendly EveryMite does not have any at all.
